To use the "Expense Account Form", first download and save to a local drive, close the website connection and then "Open" the saved file. After opening the Excel file, there are several cells where there are descriptive comments to assist in completing the form. When the "mouse pointer" is placed on these cells, the comment will come to the front for furthere explanation of the entry and any suppiorting documentation that is required.
